This company was founded in 1974 as the Dalian Wristwatch Company, specifically for the manufacturing of 'Standard' watches. They remain a State-owned enterprise however their are now predominantly quartz-powered and made with movements bought in from Switzerland and Japan. The current Dalian brands are Ducor and Sha-Ou.
