From Chinese Watch Industry Wiki
Chronomat watches have been sold by Swiss on-line seller Subwave since 1997. When the name was found to be in conflict with Breitling's own registered sub-brand Chronomat, the name was changed to ChronoTAC.
A variety of styles are offered, tending mostly towards a military/professional theme, mixed with such frivolous mechanical features as open-heart and bi-retrograde seconds.
The watches are supplied 'from the factory in Hong Kong', although this should probably not be taken literally as many of the movements used are listed as 'Hong Kong movement' when they may be recognized as originating with a variety of Chinese manufacturers such as Dixmont-Guangzhou and Shanghai Watch Factory.
IK Colouring watches are also sold by ChronoTAC, so there may be some kind of design or manufacturing tie-in there.
